You will have the entire house and land at your disposal, with private covered parking inside the property.

You will have complete privacy throughout the entire space, but I will always be available and happy to help make your stay even better by offering valuable tips and full support from our team.

All the houses in the COCAR portfolio are managed directly by us, which ensures total control over the experience provided.

We are located in a condominium, on a quiet street that is easily accessible and very safe. The area features both residential and vacation homes, providing convenience and proximity to the main attractions of the city.

Guests can arrive via the Porto Seguro international airport, located 27 km away, or by paved road to Trancoso. For those arriving by plane, you can hire a transfer recommended by us or rent a vehicle from the main rental companies. The house offers free covered parking for guests.
